Tim Stuart
Lead Builder
Tim is your point man. He's responsible for the day-to-day operation of your jobsite and ultimately accountable for everything that happens there. If there's a problem, it's Tim's problem.
He's the person you'll work with most closely throughout construction—the one who can get you the answers you need to make decisions. He doesn't know everything. He just knows who to ask.
Henry Bunkall
Apprentice Builder
Nothing happens at your jobsite without Henry.
He's the first person you'll see in the morning and the last one to leave at night.
He's responsible for getting the right materials in the right quantities to the jobsite at the right moment. He maintains our tools and equipment, and keeps the jobsite safe, clean, and organized.
His job is to make sure the people doing the work have everything they need to do it well.

Clay Heneise
Master Carpenter
Clay sees everything. If a gap opens up a sixteenth of an inch, he'll notice it—and he'll let us all know about it.
For him, the quality of the work is personal. He will quite literally walk off the job if we tolerate small imperfections.
With Clay around, doors close smoothly, reveals are consistent, and miters stay tight.
