Each one presents an opportunity to reimagine what your home could be. We help you explore the possibilities by weighing tradeoffs and pressure-testing assumptions against the realities of construction. Ultimately, we land on a detailed plan that can only be improved by getting dirty.

Construction
Pre-construction is the cheap place to experiment, take risks, and change your mind. Construction is different. Indecision and detours get expensive.
That's why we ask you to commit to the plan before we begin. And in exchange, we commit to the build.

Post-Construction
It's not until you live in the home that we find out how we did.
Only the living can reveal which parts of the project worked just as imagined—and which missed the mark. Either way, the feedback provides useful information.
That's why we stay close. When you notice something that doesn't seem right, have an idea for a follow-up project, or need help staying on top of maintenance, we're here to get it done.
